Though it is debatable if a planet as complex and diverse as Earth could ever be successfully "dominated" by a single central authority in this way, the concept of global domination has long been a popular theme in both history and fiction. And history will be made to overcome fiction… you just sit back and await the inevitable.

the world is all ready conquered by an strong force that is call by many the human folks, even that's an obvios answer it has a lot of logic because we said and decide what we do, forgetting that other things may be involve such as moral and nature.
Ok, fair enough. But I meant a central authority. I do know that as species, we have already proven ourselves many and capable of adapting to the various regions of Earth... I mean one political rule.
